Options & Accessories:

/FC – Fast Cycle:     

Option allows shorter test cycle times as test part is deemed to have passed if leak flow is less than programmed leak limit and slope of flow curve is either "0" or negative.

/FF – Fast Fill:      

Available on MF (direct mass flow units only). Option allows shorter test cycle times as test part is filled at a higher fill pressure ralative to the programmed test pressure.

/TC – Temperature Compensation:      

Available on DMF (differential mass flow units only). Option provides true temperature compensation for parts which may be changing temperature during testing thus affecting leak test results. Temperature compensation provides an accurate measurement of true part leak rate.

Calibrated Leak Orifice:     

One orifice is required for each CT-1000 unit. Pressure & leak rate (flow) to be specicified at time of order.

Leak orifices are made from stainless steel components, and are calibrated with NIST traceable instruments.

Most QS and ISO quality requirements for the complete system are met by having the calibrated leak orifice re-certified annually. Manu users have a spare calibrated leak orifice per system to allow one orifice to be re-certified while the other is in use, thus eliminating downtime.

Manual Input Device:     

For most automated test stands, the CT-1000 is normally connected directly to a PLC. For stand alone applications, where no PLC is present, HKA provides a manual interface to control the leak test unit and display test status.

Windows Graphing Software: 

Software is downloadable 'as is' and is no longer supported.

This software allows for real time graphing of leak flow.

It is an invaluable tool for test optimization.

The program has the capability to store and display not only the flow curves for test cyclces, but also all associated setup parameters.

This provides useful diagnostics to enable comparison of current test conditions and initial test conditions for troubleshooting.
